Shipping policy & Rush Orders:

We ship via USPS with delivery confirmation and only throughout the United States. Once your orders have been shipped you will receive an email with your delivery confirmation number that you can use to track your package with USPS. If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. PLEASE email us PRIOR to ordering to work out RUSH orders. There may be an additional RUSH charge applied. Refunds will not be issued if an order is placed and RUSH order has not been granted prior to the order. Additionally, we cannot "guarantee" delivery once the package has left our hands and is in the hands of the shipping method. If your package does not arrive and has been overnighted, we will only refund the cost of the shipping, not the products. Rush order services may not be available around holidays and seasonal peak times. We are happy to work with you if you need an item earlier. If at all possible we will make every effort to produce your order within your time schedule, however you may be subject to a rush fee. During certain busy times we may not be able to fill rush orders, so please contact us at: info@sewgirlie.com prior to placing any rush orders. We do not ship orders outside of the Contiguous United States. If you want to ship outside the United States SG will send the products directly to you and then you are responsible to do the necessary shipping/ insuring of packages. Sew Girlie Inc will NEVER make guarantees for shipment arrivals!

Return Policy: Our gifts are custom made for you...unfortunately; we cannot accept any returns on our items. If you have any questions about an item, PRIOR to ordering, please contact us. REFUNDS will not be issued once orders have been placed, and this goes also for cancellations of any orders.  Once the order has been sent to us it cannot be canceled or returned. Most items are shipped within 2-4 weeks, usually sooner! A rush charge may apply. Please prepare for holidays, special times of year, and seasons accordingly. Our shipping times may vary during this peak time, and can exceed the 4 week delivery time. Contact us with any questions you may have at customerservice@sewgirlie.com or call us at 910-617-0906. Email works best, and is our preferred method of communication. Please provide your transaction number in your email as well as a return phone number. We want you to love your unique gifts!! Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.

Substitutions, Replacements, Monogramming Placement & Font Choices :  In the event that Sew Girlie Inc. is out of stock of a certain fabric, Sew Girlie Inc. reserves the right to replace the original fabric choice with the closest matching to the original that was chosen. 

We do not have maximum number for lettering as we can usually resize and arrange the name to fit the product as all embroidery is done prior to the final completion of product. The majority of our products are shown with single names, monograms and sayings. However, we are able to accommodate most double names (first and middle). The products may have a different look when personalization is done with a double name. For example, the names may need to be stacked one on top of the other rather than side by side.

There are three specific fonts that are available that are only for Single Initials, or traditional three letter monograms.  They are:  Entwined Monogram Font, & Circle Font.  These have been listed as monogram only in their thumbnail preview.  If you choose one of these fonts for a name or saying we will have to choose a font that is as close as possible to that particular font.

We will make every effort to contact you and allow 3 days for a response.  If we do not hear back from you on a substitution choice we will make the choice for you.

Please be sure to type all monograms in the order field in this order: First Name Initial, LAST Name Initial, Middle Name Initial

Monograms vs. Three Letter Names, Wrong Monograms, Missing Information

When typing a monogram in the field provided we request that you use all caps so that our monogrammers understand that it is in fact a “monogram”.

When typing a name in the field provided we request that you type the first letter in caps and the other two letters in lower case, just as you would when typing your name, signing your name, or printing your name.  This will single to our monogrammers that it is in fact a “name” to be personalized on your product not a “monogram”  Unless it is otherwise indicated in customer comments section of checkout that you want your monogram arranged in a different way we will always place in the order seen on the order form and always in capital letters.

In the event that you type the monogram in the fields provided in the wrong order, we will not replace, refund or exchange your item.  It is the responsibility of each client to be sure that they type the monogram in the correct order in the field provided.  Each item on our site has in bold pink letters in all of our product descriptions on how to type in a monogram correctly.  This information can also be found in our FAQ section of our site.  Or you can always email us at:  info@sewgirlie.com and we will be happy to explain it to you.

In the event that any type of information is missing i.e.: thread color, font choice, fabric choices, vinyl color choices, etc. we reserve the right to choose the most popular in that category.

Arranging and Placement of Names/Monograms

In the case of some of our products and their size, arranging personalization placement is determined by Sew Girlie Inc. You are giving Sew Girlie Inc. creative liberty in placement of name, monogram, saying, single initials or any other form of personalization on any product ordered.

Turn Around Time

Most items will have a 48-96 hour (business hours of operation)  turnaround time during regular off peak season, however turnaround time is greatly increased during our peak holiday times (i.e. Christmas, Mothers Day, Graduation, and Wedding Season) Sew Girlie INC. will NEVER make guarantees for shipment arrivals!

Important Dates, Closings & Operation Hours: Our hours of operation are M-F 8-4 EST.  We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all major holidays. Sew Girlie Inc. will never guarantee any items to be delivered by a certain date. December 5 th is our usual cutoff date for Christmas. Having an order placed on or before the 5th of December doesn’t guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas. Sew Girlie Inc will make every effort to have all items completed and shipped in time for the holiday; however we will never guarantee the arrival of any items. Sew Girlie Inc. shuts down their production of their items from Dec. 18th-Jan. 2nd in order for our staff to spend time with their families and loved ones during the holiday season. 

Wholesale/Dropship Clients:

Important dates, closings and operation hours, and information for our wholesale/drop ship clients:  Please note that any items needed for the Christmas holiday need to be placed before Oct. 15th to ensure to have the stock you need for your stores.  We will not make any guarantees for products in time for the holidays, wholesale clients need to make the necessary arrangements for stock needed from Sew Girlie Inc.   All photos, copy, and the like are sole property of Sew Girlie Inc.  Sew Girlie Inc. only gives you permission to use our photos on your site, face book, Pinterest, twitter, and all other social media sites.  No images or products of Sew Girlie Inc. can be used in any other publication form without the permission of Sew Girlie Inc.  

When drop shipping we will ship all products directly to your customers.  Once an order has shipped either drop ship or wholesale you will receive an email from our site that your order has shipped with tracking information as well as an email from USPS with tracking information as well.

All photos, copy, and the like are sole property of Sew Girlie Inc.  Sew Girlie Inc. only gives you permission to use our photos on your web site as well as face book.  No images or products of Sew Girlie Inc. can be used in any other publication form without the permission of Sew Girlie Inc and no alterations to our photos is allowed.  If you are an approved Sew Girlie Inc affiliate you have permission to use our photos on your site, face book, Pinterest, twitter, and all other social media sites.

There is no minimum order amount required for drop shipped orders.  Wholesale blanks will require a minimum amount ordered usually in amounts of 6 each.

Not all applications will be accepted into our wholesale/drop ship program.  Acceptance into the wholesale/drop ship program is at the sole discretion of Sew Girlie Inc.  All accounts must make at least one purchase every 30 days to remain active.  Accounts will be considered inactive if there hasn’t been an order placed in 30 days.  At which point you will need to resubmit to us a new wholesale application, re-submits will then go to the end of the line for approval and there will not be any guarantee that approval will be granted a second time.
